So Many Questions

Does the US still have three equal branches of government; one branch that makes laws, while another interprets the laws and the third administers the laws?

Is the US a “nation of laws”? Is anyone above the law?  Are all laws enforced, without exception? If not, why haven’t those laws been eliminated or modified to include specific exceptions? For instance, “Insider trading is against the law for everyone, except members of Congress.”

Does the US still have a constitution that defines the responsibilities of each branch of government? Do the people within those branches take an oath to support and defend that constitution, and to faithfully discharge the duties of their office?

Does anyone in the US government have the right to ignore (refuse to abide by) the law or the duties of their office?

What are the penalties for government officials, employees, and appointees who ignore the law or fail to execute the duties of their office?

Are DOJ members violating the law or their oath when they refuse to prosecute individuals or groups who have broken the law, simply because they are members of a particular political party or they occupy a special position within the government?

Are congressional members violating the law or their oath when they refuse to remove-from-office, government officials who will not or cannot execute the duties of their office?

Are US government officials, employees, and appointees who put party loyalty before the duties of their office and/or the welfare of the nation and its citizens, worthy of your trust and support? I think not.
